Calling all fans of The Voice! We have some exciting news for you. The Season 20 premiere will be here quicker than you think and the ever so dreamy Nick Jonas will be returning as a coach. Here are all the details you need to know ahead of the highly-anticipated premiere.
All The Details About ‘The Voice’ Season 20 Premiere
Based on the past seasons of The Voice, we can assume that the newest season will air sometime at the end of February or March. It is defintiely expected to be on NBC’s spring schedule each year. According to Desert News, auditions for the upcoming season are already underway. The very last virtual open call for auditions for Season 20 is on February 4th and 5th. If you are planning on auditioning, do not miss this opportunity and be sure to read all of the rules.
Nick will be taking Gwen Stefani’s seat as he gears up to make his big return on The Voice. The Jonas Brother will be joined by country superstar Blake Shelton, American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson and music icon John Legend as they search for new talent. And of course, Carson Daly will be returning to host the show. The show will still be filmed in Universal Studios in Hollywood with social distancing guidelines in place amid the pandemic.

Everyone is waiting on the edge of their seats to find out who the Battle Advisors and Mega Mentor will before Season 20. So far this has not officially been announced but we can expect this to be revealed next month. Last season, the Battle Advisors included Julia Michaels, Leon Bridges, Miguel and Kane Brown. So expect to see some big names appearing on the show for Season 20. You’ll be able to catch the upcoming season of The Voice on NBC, stream it on NBC Live, use the NBC app or on NBC’s streaming service Peacock.
Fans Cannot Wait For Nick’s Return To The Show
Sure everyone loves Blake, Kelly and John, but Nick has some major fan love as he returns to the show. He previously coached for the very first time in Season 18 before announcing his departure the following season. This made room for Blake’s fiance Gwen to return to the panel and score her first win with artist Carter Rubin. But Nick was patiently waiting to make his big return all along.
